Where we get personal information from
Directly from you.
How long we keep information
We only keep your personal information for as long as we need it. How long this is depends on why we collected it:
Billing and invoicing details – we keep these for 6 years after the end of the tax year in which the work took place, as required by UK tax law.
Job and property details (e.g. wall type, hanging specification) – kept for 3 years after our last contact with you, so we can refer back if you contact us again.
Marketing contact details – if you’ve agreed to hear from us, we’ll keep your details until you unsubscribe, or for 24 months if you haven’t engaged with any of our emails, whichever comes first.
Enquiry details – if you get in touch but don’t go on to book our services, we keep your details for 12 months in case you’d like to follow up, then delete them.
Photographs of your property or artwork – only used in our portfolio or on social media with your separate, explicit permission. You can withdraw this permission at any time.
Once a retention period ends, we securely delete or anonymise your information. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see the ‘Your rights’ section above for how to do this.
